YaadApps Ltd provides a cloud-based logistics management software platform delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Our service is delivered electronically and is accessible immediately upon account activation.
2. Service Activation
2.1 Free Tier
Free tier accounts are activated immediately upon email verification. You will have instant access to basic platform features.
2.2 Premium and Elite Tiers
Paid tier accounts are activated within 24 hours of payment confirmation. You will receive:
- Email confirmation of payment
- Account activation notification
- Access credentials and setup instructions
- Onboarding support (Elite tier only)
3. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. Our service is available 24/7/365, with the following exceptions:
- Scheduled Maintenance: Announced at least 48 hours in advance, typically performed during low-traffic periods
- Emergency Maintenance: Performed as needed to address critical security or performance issues
- Force Majeure: Events beyond our reasonable control

8. Service Limitations

9. Service Termination
If you cancel your subscription:
- You retain access until the end of your billing period
- Your data is retained for 90 days after cancellation

- After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted
