All subscription fees paid to YaadApps Ltd are non-refundable. This includes monthly subscription fees, setup fees, and any other charges associated with your use of the YaadApps Logistics Platform.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
Free tier users may delete their accounts at any time. Premium and Elite tier users must first cancel their subscriptions before account deletion. To delete your account:
Note: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data associated with your account will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:
All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances:
We will respond to refund requests within 5-7 business days.
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the dispute is resolved.
